Effective 7 August 2026

This site is one page with an email link on it. No accounts, no logins, no forms, and no advertising or analytics trackers. What follows is everything that happens to information you send.

What is collected

Only what you choose to put in an email to me: your name, your address, your company, and whatever you write. Reading the page collects nothing. There is no form here to fill in.

Why it is collected

To reply to you and to work out whether there is a fit. One person reads it and uses it for that. You will not be added to a mailing list for getting in touch.

Who it is shared with

Nobody. Nothing is sold, rented, or passed to advertising networks or data brokers.

Hosting and DNS come from Cloudflare, which keeps standard server request logs as part of delivering the page. Those logs are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Client footage

Footage supplied for production is deleted seven days after delivery. Nothing is archived and nothing is reused, and that clause sits in the contract. Work shown on this page appears with the client's permission.

How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept while a conversation is open and for up to 12 months after. Records tied to a paying engagement are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Your choices

Email me and I will tell you what I hold, correct it, or delete it. No form, no verification hoops. Deletion happens within 30 days and usually the same week.

Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. The page above is always the current terms.
